The HGD hydraulic swing beam shear supports you in performing precise, fast, and cost-effective cutting tasks in your daily operations. Hydraulic hold-down devices ensure accurate clamping of the sheet, while the support table with built-in ball rollers provides ergonomic and efficient handling for the operator. The CNC controller enables the use of various sheet materials stored in the material library. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimum blade gap is automatically set via the CNC-controlled electro-hydraulic adjustment and can also be manually set if required. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be easily adjusted via touchscreen. Additionally, the controller features storage for cutting programs with defined cutting sequences.
