The HVR hydraulic guillotine shear supports you in precise, fast, and economical cutting operations during your daily workflow. Using hydraulic hold-down clamps to secure the sheet and a support table equipped with integrated ball rollers ensures ergonomic and efficient cutting for your operator. The CNC control allows you to work with various types of sheet metal from the pre-installed material library. After selecting the maximum thickness and material type, the optimal blade gap and cutting angle are automatically adjusted electro-hydraulically by the CNC control but can also be manually set. The position and retract function of the motorized back gauge are easily configured via touchscreen. Additionally, the control offers program memory for cutting sequences and patterns.
