The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of press forces ranging from 40 to 400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, offering great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, provides durable and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to tailor it to your individual needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control allows convenient operation via touchscreen and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated via a foot pedal. As an additional safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control automatically calculates the pressing force, bending tolerances, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
