The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to customize it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be operated easily via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the user is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. Via the CNC control, pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones are all calculated automatically.
