Gooseneck:
- Gooseneck with front corners chamfered at approx. 45° and rear chamfer approx. 750 mm x 10°

Loading Area:
- Loading area hydraulically liftable and lowerable behind gooseneck, length approx. 2,800 mm

Braking System:
- WABCO braking system in accordance with EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M), without pneumatic connections to the tractor unit

Tyres:
- 235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF tyres – brand at our discretion
- TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141. Data transfer to the truck via standard EBS interface (ISO 11992). The truck must be able to process and display this data for correct operation

Steel Construction:
- High-strength, fine-grained steel construction
- Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC

Electrical System:
- Electrical system according to EU standards
- Lighting 24 Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3)
- All LED side marker lights flash with the indicators
- ASPÖCK-UNIBOX at the front connector rail with 24N, 24S, & 15-pin connectors

Paintwork:
- Complete steel structure automatically shot blasted after welding
- Second blasting with corundum for optimal coating adhesion

- HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) for maximum corrosion protection
- Final painting: 2 coats of 2K topcoat, solid color, RAL 3002 Carmine Red

- Rear end metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White)
- Metallic paintwork not available
- Coating system tested by salt spray test to ISO 9227-NSS
- Cavity sealing using special wax
