FEDERHENN STAB MACHINING CENTER SBZ 150 G, Type 81.25K150 for the machining of pre-cut profile bars with inserted steel reinforcement. The machine essentially comprises: MACHINE BASE FRAME made of solid welded steel construction; 1x LINEAR MODULE with gripper for precise positioning of the profile bars to be machined; CONTROL CABINET with all electronic and pneumatic components, equipped with drilling units for the following operations: - Dowel hole drilling - Mullion hole drilling – Mounting hole drilling; OUTFEED GRIPPER mounted on a linear axis for placing the bars onto a cross conveyor module; OUTFEED MODULE for profiles from the SBZ processing unit via a belt conveyor. The bars are manually removed at the end of the conveyor, including occupancy monitoring at the table end. Standard module length: approx. 3,000 mm; SAFETY GUARDING; SCREW MAGAZINE and external screwdrivers.
