EBS 4S/2M WABCO air brake system with RSS, according to standard 98/12/CE – ECE R13/09, brake pad wear indicator connected

All lights in LED version, 24-volt electrical system consisting of: one 15-pin socket mounted in front of the fifth wheel plate on the chassis rail, yellow side marker lights in the required number, rear position lights, front clearance lights, rear license plate lights, lamps according to standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 2 multi-chamber rear lights fitted at the pivot height in aluminum brackets according to 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 1 LED work light on the tank, yellow warning light at the rear mounted at hose tube height, 2x reversing lights in the underrun protection, 2x reversing lights at support height (each switchable on the power console)

One horizontal tank made of aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn), single-chamber tank with 47,000-liter capacity, tank warranty: 24 months from delivery
Operating parameters: Pressure tank according to Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm, test pressure 3.0 bar – operating pressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40°C to +80°C

Filling Options:
4 manholes DN 450 with pivoting and foldable dome covers. The dome covers are sealed pressure-tight with 4 wing nuts each, rubber support for dome covers on top for storage, rain cover closed at the front-open at the rear

Material Outlet:
1 material discharge cone DN 800 made from INOX, foldable with INOX disc for loosening, material discharge cone laterally pivoting, DN 150 shut-off valve with white gasket, connection: STORZ-A

Air Piping:
A 2.5" stainless steel air manifold mounted on the right operation side, a 4" stainless steel air distribution tube mounted at the rear of the tank, air valves (shut-off valves) in INOX, top air hose and air connecting hoses with 2" STORZ couplings, micron filter, vacuum valve at the top of the tank, 1x vibrator 1 m before the pivot point

Ladder and Walkway:

1 aluminum ladder mounted at the rear left of the vehicle, 1 aluminum safety scissor rail can be erected from below with a separate ladder folding part, equipped with locking brake when open, 1 aluminum safety grating leading along the left upper side of the tank, anti-slip coating on the tank

4 hose tube holders 5 m long DN 200 in aluminum with 4 hoses DN 100 and STORZ couplings, hose holder with compressor hose D.76
