Ficep RAPID HP 35 T Angle Processing Machine
The Ficep HP35T is the predecessor of the current Ficep RAPID series for processing angle profiles.

The Ficep HP35T is a CNC-controlled system for machining angle profiles. These are powerful angle processing centers that are often used in steel structure fabrication. The angle steel is placed on a transport frame for material feed. A measuring carriage with a gripper automatically moves the angle material to the individual processing stations of the system based on the machining data entered into the CNC controller. Once the processing is complete, the finished drilled, marked, and sawn component is conveyed by the outfeed roller conveyor and the stacking system.

Transport System
Reinforced roller conveyor for profiles up to a length of 12 meters. A powered measuring carriage is located on the infeed table and transports the material at a maximum speed of up to 45 m/min. A rotating support system with cross-transfer racks in the infeed area enables pre-stored profiles to be fed into the standby position.
In the discharge area, a powered roller conveyor moves the finished profiles/angles, up to a length of 12 meters. A cross-transfer section with 5 supports is used for unloading.

Drilling Units with Tool Changer
To process large angle profiles up to 350 mm with a wall thickness of 40 mm, this machine is equipped with 2 powerful drilling units (one unit per flange) featuring a drill spindle drive with 19 kW power and a steplessly adjustable spindle speed of 180 - 3500 revolutions per minute. These drilling capacities are ideal for the use of modern carbide drilling tools. The drill tools are clamped in HSK-A80 holders, and a 3-position tool changer ensures rapid tool changes on each drill unit.

MKT38N Marking Unit
A marking unit with 38 marking tools allows for the marking of a flange with angle profile. Characters with dimensions 16x8 mm are hydraulically embossed, enabling later identification of parts after galvanizing.

Precision Circular Saw
The powerful circular saw is designed for 90° cuts. A vertical clamping system ensures the material is securely held during the fast sawing operation. Material sizes range from 60 x 60 x 6 mm up to 350 x 350 x 40 mm. The 18 kW saw drive with a 560 mm circular saw blade provides very high sawing performance. Sawing speed is 80 - 180 m/min.
