The GEA CFS Yieldjector 650 injector is designed for industrial processing plants that require precise, consistent, and controlled brine injection. It is suitable for bone-in or boneless products, making it effective for processing poultry, pork, beef, or fish. Its homogeneous distribution system ensures that the brine penetrates uniformly into the core of the muscle, stabilizing texture and improving cooking yield. Additionally, the high needle density pattern guarantees full coverage of the product, even on flat or delicate pieces.

The machine operates with a stepwise progression: the product is conveyed in bands, stops under the injection head, and then the injection is performed with precision. Each needle is equipped with an independent retraction system. When a needle encounters a bone, it retracts instantly and stops the injection, preventing brine pockets and protecting muscle integrity. This technology minimizes product loss and ensures consistent results, cycle after cycle. Automated control via the touch-screen interface simplifies settings, making recipe reproduction easy and reliable.
