From simple start-up operations to complex sequencing applications—with up to 20 phases and 250 cycles—the CVI II offers optimal speed, precision, and user comfort for every fastening application.

The controller features various interfaces, including an Ethernet port, an RS232 port, as well as 7 logic inputs and 8 logic outputs (24 Volt).

With the CVI II controller, you can operate either a handheld electric tool from the ER series or a stationary screwdriver spindle from the EM series.

It is important to note that the CVI II can also be used in conjunction with a sensor-controlled angle screwdriver, such as the Desoutter ERA40J, which features a torque range of 8 to 40 Nm and a 3/8" drive.

Storage Capacity
Depending on cycle number and operation mode (asynchronous or synchronous), between 2,500 and 8,500 tightening results can be stored per station.
