For sale is a GERBER XLS-125-180-L automatic fabric spreader, designed for high-volume textile and apparel manufacturing.

This industrial spreading system enables precise and efficient multi-layer spreading of fabrics directly onto a conveyor table. The motorized spreader carriage ensures consistent material feed, precise alignment, and constant production speed, making the system ideal for demanding production environments.

The system was operated as part of a fully integrated cutting line together with a Lectra Vectorfashion VT-FA-Q2-72 cutter (unit 35 C) and a FINN-CONVEY V307 conveyor system (unit 30 C). This combination significantly improves production flow, reduces manual labor, and enables continuous high-performance operation.

The unit was in use at a professional apparel production facility and remained fully operational up until the plant closure.
