- Composite floor (honeycomb core plastic floor) Composite, similar to lasagne, is made up of several layers of these fibres. This creates a sustainable, extremely strong and lightweight panel from both materials. The core of the composite floor consists of a honeycomb structure covered on both sides with a top layer. The whole unit is fused together to form a stable structure. The manufacturer of the composite panels comes from the anti-ballistics industry, so the surface layer is constructed like a bulletproof vest.
