- Composite floor (honeycomb core plastic floor) Composite is structured like a lasagna from multiple layers of these fibers. From these materials, a sustainable, extremely strong yet lightweight board is made. The core consists of a honeycomb structure, covered on both sides with a facing layer. The whole assembly is fused together to create a stable unit. The manufacturer of the composite panels comes from the anti-ballistics industry. The top layer is constructed like those used in bulletproof vests.
All innovations from HAPERT trailers are thoroughly tested. This also applies to the new composite floor, which has been extensively tested by us for impact and tensile strength, shear force, wear, and resistance to weather conditions under normal use.
