Açıklama

1 refurbished table polishing machine / table polishing automaton, manufacturer HAU, model T1000 (maximum part processing length: 1000 mm), equipped with 1 polishing station model PES/3 and a control cabinet.

The table was disassembled, checked for damage (defective parts were replaced), cleaned, and repainted. The guide shafts have been newly mounted, and a new gearbox has been installed.

1 polishing station model PES/3, 11 kW (pneumatic lift-off, 100 mm oscillation AND motorized height adjustment).
Disc width max. 400 mm, max. disc diameter 400 mm.
The station was completely disassembled, checked for damage (defective parts were replaced), cleaned, and repainted. The polishing shaft was completely remounted, including the bushing bearings. The oscillation unit was also completely resealed. New motor, pulleys, and drive belt installed.

1 new control cabinet for operating the described system. Table speed and polishing disc speed are adjustable via frequency inverter.
