Very well-maintained HEESEMANN MFA 8-CC multipurpose wide belt sander

Gantry construction with transport bed featuring a continuous feed belt, equipped with brake mechanism, infinitely variable feed speed from 2–10 m/min via frequency converter, constant working height of 880 mm, machine upper section adjustable by motor to match workpiece thickness (3–140 mm), including integrated control cabinets.

Graphical operator terminal with touch screen.

Program memory for storing sanding parameters in 20 different programs.

Pressure beam
- With computer-controlled CSD selective pressure regulation system offering stepless pressure adjustment of individual pressure elements, for open, multi-track loading, control roller spacing 32 mm
- Workpiece tolerance compensation of at least 2 mm
- Working width as well as the sanding start and end positions of the pressure beam are electronically controlled
