Heesemann Sanding Machine KSA 8, 2600 mm Wide Belt Sander

The sanding machine includes:

1. Frame Structure
For mounting the transport bed, with the option to attach one sanding unit and one brushing unit.

2. Transport Bed
Individual conveyor belts, feed speed adjustable between 5 – 25 m/min with frequency control, constant working height of 920 mm, adjustment to workpiece thickness (3–80 mm) by height adjustment of the entire upper machine section, monitored toothed belts for lift drive at adjustment speed of 3 mm/s, including integrated control cabinets.

3. Industrial PC 21.5"
Capacitive multitouch color display (1920 x 1020 resolution), CF card, Windows Embedded Standard operating system, with production data acquisition (display of production and downtime). Ethernet connection available.
Program memory for 1,000 programs. Motor speeds are saved and set automatically upon program selection.
