The dwell time is adjustable from 0 to 10 seconds (in 0.1-second increments).
The pressing force is adjustable in bar from 10 to 40 tonnes.
Further details on the control system:
The control system can be locked via a key switch. The key switch has the following functions:
- Manual operation via two-hand control at 9.5 mm/sec. in setup mode (can be stopped at any position by releasing the switches).
- Manual operation for bending tasks at up to 9.5 mm/sec. using the two-hand control and automatic return to top dead center when releasing the two-hand buttons.
- Automatic operation with safe tools at up to 200 mm/second. This function is marked with a warning label on the control panel.
The machine is intended exclusively for use with closed, safe tools in automatic mode. This information is displayed prominently on the front of the machine.
In manual setup mode, the machine can also be operated with the two-hand control at a maximum of 9.5 mm/sec. Bending operations can also be performed in setup mode. A key selector switch allows switching between automatic and manual operation.
Position adjustments for top dead center and bottom dead center, as well as the switching position for speed reduction, are made via sensors adjustable on a chrome-plated rod.
The sensor can be fine-adjusted via a lockable threaded mechanism – accuracy +/- 0.5 mm.
The press can be equipped with a press brake die for bending sheet metal using the two-hand control, or, in automatic mode with safe tooling, for punching, notching, or bending.
