The heating plates measure 550 x 500 mm, electrically heated up to 200°C and thermally insulated from the machine body.
The heating plates are equipped with 12 mm T-slots according to DIN 650; slot design according to customer specifications.
With two temperature sensors each for precise temperature control within the 500 x 450 mm area, accuracy ±3°C.
Pressing force is set using a rotary switch in 10 increments.
Return speed is 25 mm/sec.
The two-hand control is rotatably and swivelingly mounted to the machine body.

Heating time can be freely set. Heating capacity approx. 12 kW.
Target temperature can be freely set.
The upper and lower heating plates can be controlled independently.
