The MV-250E/NC four-column hydraulic press, part of the M/NC series, is specifically designed for higher precision and capacity, especially for deep drawing applications.
It features an upper and lower table made from C45E steel, equipped with DIN-650 T-slots to ensure minimal friction during the vertical movement of the upper table. This is made possible by maintenance-free bimetal bushings and perfect parallel guidance via four ground and chrome-plated cylindrical columns.
It utilizes an optimized hydraulic system operating below 290 bar to guarantee long service life and reliable performance.
Complies with all essential safety and health requirements under CE standards.

FRAME AND TABLES
- Composed of three electro-welded blocks made exclusively from S355JR steel.
- Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
- Designed and calculated with finite element software.
- The lower table includes a 50-ton hydraulic cushion with a usable area of 950 x 750 mm and three front tool holders to support tools outside the press area.
- Integrated SIEMENS KTP-400 NC system for the control of upper ram travel, speed adjustment, and cushion operation.
- Features a SIEMENS S7 PLC allowing for up to 99 memory programs.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
- Single-acting cylinder with honed sleeve, chrome-plated piston rod, and wear-resistant guides.
- The entire hydraulic unit is mounted on the upper section of the press.
- Hydraulic system includes a low-noise hydraulic pump by Denison and an air-oil cooler.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- Features a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4" KTP-400 touchscreen on the control panel. Enables programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. Memory capacity for 99 recipes/programs, each able to store all the above parameters.
- The control panel is equipped with a selector switch to choose between manual "setup" and automatic cycle "production" modes.
- Machine operation is managed via low voltage electric foot pedals.
- For safety, the system is equipped with level IV light curtains at the front working zone, two fixed side guards, and one accessible rear guard with magnetic separation sensor.
