We have developed motorized screw pumps of the CR/SERVO series with low consumption and energy savings of 60%. These have been specifically designed for high-performance applications in punching, pressing, and stamping processes. The new-generation CR-SERVO presses have been further developed for a range of applications, including integration into automated production lines.

STRUCTURE:
The steel frames in this series are made from an electrically welded construction, manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. They are stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Design and calculation are carried out with finite element analysis software, meeting our high standards for precision and quality.

The presses have both upper and lower table/ram plates made from C45E steel, equipped with T-slots according to DIN 650. The upper plate guarantees perfect parallelism via two lateral guides with a diameter of 50 mm and maintenance-free housings.

HYDRAULICS:
Single-acting main cylinder with guide bushing, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides. For rapid approach and return, two double-acting side cylinders are installed, enabling fast approach and return, with chrome-plated rods and precision guidance.

REXROTH hydraulic unit with servomotor and pre-fill valves, including pre-fill valves for approach and return, and pump with constant output and constant speed via the servomotor system. Also features a return lock, pressure relief valve, spindle shut-off valve, and air cooling.

ELECTRICS:
Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS PLC, model SIMATIC S7 1200, and an orientable 7" operator panel, model MPT-700. This allows programming of output, travel, and speeds, with a storage capacity of 300 programs.

The electric and hydraulic valves are redundant and automatically controlled. An additional safety block and auto-monitoring devices for the valves and safety system are included. Functionality and safety distance verification for the light curtains are covered and certified.

Operation is via an electric, low-voltage foot pedal.

To ensure safety, the front work area is equipped with type 4 PLe electrical safety locks, two accessible lateral protective devices with safety valve, and internal LED lighting.

Complies with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE standards.
