DESCRIPTION:
Our horizontal hydraulic ram presses of the HV/NC series are available with three different press forces from 150 up to 300 tons. Horizontal hydraulic presses are especially designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams.
The horizontal construction of the machine allows easy processing of large beams and profiles. The latest generation HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic press has become an extremely versatile machine capable of accomodating a wide variety of tool options.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The horizontal hydraulic straightening presses of the HV/NC series feature a C-shaped electro-welded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel. After the welding process, it is stabilized and machined to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. The construction is calculated and designed with finite element software. With all this, we continuously guarantee our high standards for strength, precision, and quality.
They are equipped with a main sliding table and a rear support table made of high-strength steel, featuring T-slots in accordance with DIN 650. Support blocks made of C45E steel are fitted as standard. The main table ensures perfect parallelism through four cylindrical guides with maintenance-free, low-friction bimetallic bushings.
Standard features include two height-adjustable companion rollers on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with seamless cold-drawn tube, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free, wear-resistant guides. Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic cut-off for the rapid speed. Includes a cylinder decompression valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
The machine is equipped with a Siemens safety PLC, SIMATIC S7 1200 type, and a 4-inch MTP-400 touch screen located above the electric foot pedal. This allows programming of operation modes in semi-automatic and automatic, power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. It has a storage capacity of 99 recipes, with all parameters individually programmable for each recipe.
The electrical control panel features a selector switch for choosing manual or automatic operation as well as a key-operated maintenance switch.
Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored. An additional safety block and self-monitoring safety and control devices for operations are integrated.
