RIGID FRAME HYDRAULIC PRESSES

We have designed the R/NC series motorized rigid frame hydraulic presses in six different power ratings, ranging from 80 to 500 tons. These presses are specifically engineered for stamping, die-cutting, and deep drawing applications.

The next-generation R series hydraulic presses have evolved into versatile solutions, offering the possibility of integrating these machines into automatic production lines. They operate at a hydraulic pressure of less than 320 BAR to ensure increased durability of the entire hydraulic system.

The R/NC series deep drawing and stamping presses feature an electro-welded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel, stabilized and machined after the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. The structure is calculated and designed using finite element analysis software. Altogether, this allows us to consistently guarantee our high standards of precision and quality.

The presses are equipped with a machined upper and lower table in C45E steel, featuring DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism via four lateral cylindrical guides with maintenance-free, anti-friction, bimetallic bushings.

The presses come with a double-acting cylinder with a lapped liner, chromed ram, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.

Hydraulic power pack with two speeds and automatic fast speed shut-off. Includes a cylinder decompression valve.

Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4” touchscreen panel (model MTP-400) mounted above the electric foot pedal control. This allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic operating modes, force, stroke, and dwell time of the main ram. It has a storage capacity for 99 job recipes, with all process values programmable for each recipe.

The electrical cabinet features a selector to choose between manual or automatic operating modes and a key switch for maintenance operations.

Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored, incorporating an additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for control and operational safety.

The machine includes verification and certification of proper operation and safe distances for the photoelectric curtains.

For maximum safety, type 4 PLe safety light curtains are installed at the front working area, complemented by two fixed side guards and a rear hinged guard fitted with a magnetic disconnect sensor, polycarbonate windows, and internal LED lighting.

Provision is made for the installation of a hydraulic cushion or ejector.

Fully compliant with all essential health and safety requirements according to CE standards. Supplied with an instruction manual.
