STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have designed powered hydraulic presses with a movable gantry and adjustable head, series ST, offering a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tons.

Specifically engineered for straightening welded structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.

Its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large volumes: parts, plates, or structures. It allows access to various pressure points without repositioning the workpiece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal travel of the gantry.

The ST-series hydraulic presses feature an electrically welded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Finite element software is used for design and calculation. Thanks to this, we always guarantee our high standards of precision and quality. The gantry offers longitudinal travel.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated piston rod, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides. The cylinder is operated via a manual lever hydraulic distributor.
It is equipped with a removable pressure pad to prevent piston wear.
Powered hydraulic unit with two speeds with automatic cut-off of approach speed by hydraulic pressure and pressure release valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
The electrical installation is equipped with a motor protection switch and emergency stop. Delivered with a glycerine-filled tonnage gauge and hydraulic oil. Fully compliant with all essential health and safety requirements under CE regulations. Supplied with an instruction manual.
