The hydraulic press TL-100/10000E belongs to the T/NC-Series and has been specifically designed for the straightening of welded structures and cut plates.
As with all our hydraulic presses in this series, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large workpieces. Thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the bridge, access to various pressing points is possible without needing to move the workpiece.
The machine complies with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE

• Electrowelded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element analysis software.
• Longitudinal movement of the bridge is achieved by frequency inverter and toothed belt.
• The lateral movement of the head is motorized.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with lapped liner, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear guide rings.
• Equipped with a removable and replaceable cushion to prevent piston wear, machined at the end to adapt to tooling.
• Includes standard anti-rotation system for the cylinder and a calibrated front end with limit switches to set the cylinder stroke.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic quick speed shut-off.
• Cylinder decompression valve.
• Pressure regulator.
• Glycerin-filled manometer with tonnage indication.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The control panel is equipped with a selector switch for manual or semi-automatic operation.
• Additionally, a selector switch allows choosing between rapid approach speed and slow working speed.
• Operation is performed via a pendant control with emergency stop and low-voltage control.
• Includes a button to confirm each cycle.
