Holz-Her Machining Center DYNESTIC 7535 10.5 Lift

Working length: 3100 mm

Machine frame in welded construction with ground and hardened prism guides for the gantry, tool head, and consoles. Gantry design.

Rack and pinion drive, helical gearing in X and Y direction, 1 x ball screw in Z direction for precise positioning.

MATRIX table
Fixed, continuous machining table with grid layout, continuous slots in X and Y direction, slot spacing 50 mm, including 25 meters of sealing cord for clamping the sacrificial plate.

1 machining field with fence rails/stops. Height 30 mm, pneumatically lowerable. Two fence rails in Y direction and one stop in X direction on the right side (viewed from the front of the machine).

Remote maintenance
Integrated network card for data transfer of control and program data. Data transfer via high-speed internet connection. Requirement: High-speed internet connection at the machine.

USB port
For data backup or for direct loading of machining programs at the control panel.
