Machining Center 7235 – Demonstration Machine

Simple and fast vacuum pod positioning with the Holz-Her VI.SE LED table. The differently colored LEDs indicate the position of the consoles & pods, including the rotation angle for rotatable pods.

8 consoles, each with 2 pods and electronic fence monitoring.

The milling spindle has a power output of 13.0 kW and accommodates milling tools with a maximum diameter of 200 mm using an HSK interface, as well as saw blades up to 350 mm. Ideal for heavy-duty operations, such as solid wood processing.

35 drilling spindles, comprising 25 vertical and 10 horizontal.

Two saw units, in X and Y axes, for saw blades up to 125 x 4 mm.

24-position disc tool changer and 14-position pick-up tool changer, plus a single saw blade magazine for 350 mm saw blades, offer maximum flexibility in tool configuration.
