Function

Easy handling thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process. This allows skilled personnel to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (cleaning solution). The contaminated items are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the machine is started and the solution in the tank is heated. In the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump units draw the cleaning solution from the wash tank and deliver it through 6 stainless steel spray pipes equipped with flat-jet nozzles arranged in overlapping positions. The items are intensively sprayed on all sides with the hot solution during the uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket.

After the cleaning process is complete, the machine switches off automatically.
