This system is an innovative Ice Cool solution based on controlled, uniform air circulation throughout the chamber via stacked trays positioned centrally, eliminating the need for additional suction stations.
CTS operates in the temperature range of -10/+15°C, creating optimal conditions for direct dough processing without using a shock freezer or suction station.
Within the CTS chamber, a climate has been achieved that does not require additional humidification and prevents product drying even in ambient conditions.
The result: healthier, crispier baked goods with a beautiful shine and prolonged freshness.
