Iijima’s excellent, fast-running JF-1030, year of manufacture 1991, modified for use with Bobst stripping tools.

The stripper has been made compatible with/for Bobst stripping pins and mounting rails.

Sector segment is now driven by a dual set of curve gears instead of the previous triple set, resulting in smoother, vibration-free improved operation of the gripper carriages.

Chains renewed in May 2023.

Gripper carriages have been repaired where necessary but not replaced; the current tolerance on front registration with rigid board types is < 0.15mm.

Engagement clutch (24 VDC electric, Warner) replaced in May 2023, along with all rolling bearings on this shaft, including those in the housing just before and after the worm.

Oil seals replaced.

Oil housings flushed and thoroughly cleaned for conversion from mineral to fully synthetic oil. Absolutely no foaming, quieter operation.

Disassembly from 23/12/2025 onwards; available for sale ex-warehouse Van Rooij from that date.

For end-user: can be supplied including installation, transport, and warranty.
