Batch of 5 UHP waterblasting units with numerous spare parts and accessories available, as follows:

1 x high-pressure waterjet system with Deutz-MWM V8 diesel engine
Continuously adjustable pressure from 0–1400 bar and 0–2800 bar, dump system, with plunger conversion kits as follows:
1400 bar at 99 l/min and 2800 bar at 46 l/min. The high-pressure head (bushings and valves) remains the same at both 1400 and 2800 bar. Pressure changeover between 1400 and 2800 bar is achieved by a straightforward plunger change.

The unit was manufactured in 2013 and kept as a backup machine, but used only once for 14 hours at 2800 bar for a heat exchanger cleaning project. This UHP unit is mounted on a galvanized steel frame.

The Deutz-MWM engine, purchased used with approximately 3,000 operating hours, was fitted in 2013 with a new Jetech UHDW high-pressure pump.
Additionally, a large selection of accessories and spare parts is included, such as dump guns & foot valves, swivels, rotary joints, surface cleaners, rotary nozzles, high-pressure lances, nozzle inserts, seals, special tools, and more.

An identical UHP waterblasting unit is also available, fitted with a Scania V-8 engine and 850 operating hours, rated for max. 1400 bar / 99 l/min. This unit also features plunger conversion kits for both 1400 bar/99 l/min and 2800 bar/46 l/min. The system is housed in a 20-foot container fitted with an 800-liter diesel tank and a workbench/vise.

Moreover, 3 further high-pressure waterblasting units (110 kW) are available, of which two are equipped with plunger conversion kits for 1400 and 2800 bar.
A third unit is a Kamat K11000 with an operating pressure of 2800 bar.
A hydraulic heat exchanger cleaning device with rotating lance mounted on a scissor lift table, suited to very large heat exchangers, is also available.

All equipment is offered due to company closure upon retirement. Buyer sought for complete package of all machines and accessories.
