The entire façade machine consists of 3 individual machines. 1. Coil-coating of aluminium strip (0.7mm) (coil) with a width of 310mm, which is embossed and then cut/punched to a format of 970 x 310mm. 2. A central and end bend is pressed into the pre-fabricated sheet. 3. Finally, a cross bend is pressed into the thus pre-formed façade panel. Done! 4. Two machines precision-cut window sections/sheet encapsulation parts to size; these are then simply edge-bent to the finished shape.

System configuration: 1 electric motor 380V, PLC control, pneumatic punching and bending tools; operation/production requires only one person. One façade panel = 970 x 240mm, 1m² = 4.5 panels, very easy to assemble and repair, cost-effective suspended aluminium façade.
