The washing process is fully automated, with user-friendly operation ensured by a clear control panel and indicator lights for all stages of operation. The washing fluid temperature is maintained between 35 and 80°C and is regulated by a thermostat. Thanks to special housing profiles (mechanical labyrinth seals), the PC 60/130 T operates without perishable rubber gaskets. Gas struts with dampers ensure easy lid opening, and a ball valve simplifies draining of the washing fluid. The Kärcher parts washer operates in a closed-loop system (via electric pump) using a water-based, non-solvent cleaning solution, which eliminates worker exposure to toxic fumes.
