Bandsaw machine for processing large steel plates.
The machine is currently operational. It will need to be dismantled in October (subject to mutual agreement).

The machine can operate in two different directions:
• Across the width of the material, where the plates are inserted into the saw frame.
• Along the length of the material, where the saw blade rotates 45° and the saw frame moves along the material.

Sawing capacities in manual mode:
• Sawing height with Band Control, max.: 360 mm (14.2")
• Sawing height with pressure roller: 280 mm (11.0")
• Minimum sawing width: 10 mm (0.4")
• Maximum sawing width: 2,000 mm (78.7")
• Maximum sawing length: 7,000 mm (275.6")

Feed rate: Infinitely variable
• 0.5 – 250 mm/min (0.02" – 9.8"/min)
