Fully hydraulic high-performance bandsaw, extremely robust design, with horizontally and parallelly moving saw blade, suitable for cutting profiles, tubes, and solid material of all grades—including materials that are very difficult to machine (e.g. titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for both bi-metal and carbide-tipped saw blades. Saw unit manufactured in solid polymer concrete for maximum smooth running and extended blade life.

Guidance of the saw unit is via one vertical and one round column guide (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guideways. Hydraulic saw blade tensioning and hydraulically pre-tensioned carbide blade guides.

Material clamping is carried out by two hydraulic vices. The machine operation is straightforward. Cutting length can be set via handwheel with 0.1 mm resolution. Quantity preset with piece counter—machine switches off automatically upon reaching the set quantity. Material feed is controlled by a feed cylinder, ensuring utmost cutting precision. The machines are easy to operate and fully automatic.
