Overview This complete PET bottling line for CSD, mineral water, and other beverages is primarily from the year 2000, except for the stretch blow moulder (KHS, 2016) and several supplementary conveyor units. Depending on the bottle size, the line achieves an output of up to 22,000 bottles per hour and processes single-use PET bottles with PCO 1810 neck finish. Packaging is done in 6-packs on Euro pallets (120x80 cm) or DÜDO pallets (80x60 cm). The filler was originally designed as an aseptic filler but is currently operated as a standard filler. The line will remain in production in Germany until October 2025 and can be inspected under real operating conditions on site.
