Technical Description:
Frame constructed as double-T longitudinal member with cross members welded in place. Fifth wheel coupling mounted on turntable, build height approx. 185 mm. Rear underrun protection in compliance with EC regulations.
Drawbar for steered axle fitted with bolted 50 mm or 57.5 mm towing eye, total length when coupled low: 4,150 mm (extendable in 4 steps of 100 mm), when coupled high: 3,500 mm (extendable in 3 steps of 100 mm); measured from center of towing eye to center of fifth wheel plate.
Front support with crank and gearbox.
Actively steered dolly axle, low-maintenance, with disc brakes (430 mm), ET 120, air suspension with raise/lower function, 1 valve, centering via center bore.

Tires: 4 units, size 445/45 R 19.5, brand per Krone specification.
Wheel covers compliant with EC Directives 78/549/EEC and 91/226 EEC including suitable spray protection, black plastic quarter-shell fenders with upper tarpaulin cover, rear mud flaps.
Braking system in accordance with ECE-R13, including vehicle stabilization function, spring-applied parking brake, EBS system (2S/2M), 2 sensors on one axle, diagnostics via ISO7638 connector (EBS power cable), palm couplings, brake connections for trailer mounted on frame rail.
Lighting and signaling system as per ECE-R48, two 7-pin sockets DIN1185/3731, license plate, contour and side marker lights in LED version, multifunction rear lights including 1 rear fog light and 1 reversing light, electrical connections for trailer mounted on frame rail, connection cables for trailer’s electrical and air supply.
Steel parts are shot-blasted, KTL-primed and powder-coated, standard single-color finish. Underrun protection and lighting bracket powder-coated white. Axles including hubs in RAL 9005, attachments zinc-coated black, rims in natural silver. Contour marking in accordance with ECE-R48.
