Overview This returnable glass bottling line consists mainly of equipment from KRONES alongside selected components from other established European manufacturers such as Hormes, RINK, and HEUFT. The line is designed for a nominal capacity of 33,000 bottles per hour and covers the key process steps from depalletizing to palletizing. The labeller will be supplied according to the buyer's specific requirements, enabling the plant concept to be tailored to the intended bottle and product range. The line is suitable for multi-use glass beverage applications. Based on the machines listed, the line is designed for crate handling, bottle washing preparation, empty bottle inspection, high-speed filling/capping, and repacking of returnable crates. For screw-cap bottles, the RINK machine can be installed upstream of the bottle washer; for crown cork bottles, an additional format set is required as per your notation.
