Scope of Supply and Utility Package
For continuous operation from preform feeding to bottle discharge toward rinsing, filling, capping and labeling, the line is delivered with coordinated equipment and handling systems. Included are an AF Compressors high-pressure compressor with dryer, KKT chillers WTS 70 chiller unit with cooling tower connection, Krones preform deduster, preform bunker, Contifeed preform feeder, Preform Check inspection system, approx. 56 m long air conveyor, and a central control cabinet system.

Control Architecture and Format Changeover
Production is managed by the automation of the Contiform 312 Pro, with servo-driven stretching and defined IR heating zones for reproducible preform conditioning. A central control cabinet coordinates the blow-molder and peripheral equipment. The configuration enables rapid format changes for the specified SKUs and uses recipe-based settings for consistent results. Machine guarding is in place, and manuals are available to support operation and maintenance.
