For sale is a line boring machine, also referred to as a strip drilling machine.
The KS LBM DB 04 DR line boring machine is designed for drilling strips and guide rails made from aluminum, plastic, and wood, as well as roller shutter end strips (for wooden profiles up to 3m in length and up to 90mm in height).

The machine comes equipped with 4 pairs of three-phase drill units. Four holes can be drilled from above and below, either simultaneously or sequentially. The spacing of the drill units is manually adjusted using a grid system for various distances. The detent holes are fitted with drill bushes in which the hardened detent bolts are centered.
In total, the offered strip drilling machine is equipped with 8 drilling heads (4 facing downwards and 4 facing upwards).

We used this machine in our workshop for drilling wooden fence profiles.
It has served us well over the years.
As our customer is switching to plastic profiles, we unfortunately no longer have a use for it.

The machine version includes 8 extraction adapters for chip extraction, complete with hoses and a collector piece to connect to the customer’s extraction system.
