Description:

For sale is a used Lanner Vetamat SFT350/063-DS32 chip processing system, year 2017.

The system is designed for processing machining chips from metal manufacturing. It reliably separates coolant and/or oil from metal chips, serving to de-oil and dry the chips and for coolant/oil recovery.
The system includes a DS32 push bottom centrifuge, an S50GF chip crusher, a SFT350/063 hinged belt conveyor, a lifting and tipping device, tank, coolant separator box, and a Siemens S7 control system.
According to the documentation, the machine is designed for short, free-flowing metal chips and metal sludge. It is not suitable for bar ends, workpieces, residual materials, waste, extremely long chips, wool chips, or oversized coarse parts.

The system was commissioned in 2018 and is in impeccable condition. The original value at the time was €183,771 net (according to information).

Inspection upon appointment is possible. System must be removed immediately due to new machinery investment.
