The machine listed here for processing endless corrugated board belongs to the series of machines that operate in a static manner, i.e., the working operations across the machine are performed on the stationary carton. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the carton is 2,800 mm. All tool adjustments are made automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Carton Cutting System):

- Linear cross-cutting unit for head-to-foot cuts and cross cuts on the carton material.
- Linear cross-creasing unit for cross creasing on the carton (available as a cross-creasing unit or cross-creasing unit with perforator).
- 8 longitudinal creasing units from above for longitudinal creases on the carton.
- 8 longitudinal cutting units for longitudinal cuts.

2) Carton Changer, 4-fold Cassette Feeder:
- Motor-driven carton changer with a lifting axis, implemented with 4 individual cassettes, supplies carton material to the feed section of the main machine body. Each cassette can accommodate reel widths of up to 2,800 mm and feed them automatically to the main machine body upon command from the machine control system. The 3rd cassette can hold 2 working widths.

3) 5-fold Carton Magazine:
- Five carton magazines provide the storage and feeding of raw corrugated material to the processing machine. Stack height for endless corrugated cardboard up to max. 1,500 mm possible.

4) Control Cabinet, Controls, Electronics:
- Contains all components required for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens technology.
