Gear Measurement Machine (New machine / Demonstration machine)

Four-axis gear measurement machine for gearing, suitable for workpieces with a diameter up to 400 mm.
All axes equipped with air bearings for maximum precision. X, Y, and Z axes are made of granite for uniform thermal behavior.
Granite base frame with high stability and integrated passive vibration damping system. No separate foundations required.
Gear measurement accuracy according to VDI/VDE 2612/2613, Group I.

Standard scope of delivery:
- Basic machine with rotary table, Ø 300 mm, counter support (tailstock)
- Renishaw SP600 probe
- CNC control consisting of industrial PC and accessories
- Swiveling housing for keyboard, monitor, and mouse
- Control panel with 2 joysticks, emergency stop button, override potentiometer
- Basic set of probe accessories
- Calibration sphere, Ø 25 mm, with certificate
- Software for remote maintenance via the internet

- Color: Light grey RAL 9002 and Grey B – RAL 7043

TGear software:
Software for measuring gears with external and internal toothing, both straight and helical (PTB certified).
- Profile and flank inspection
- Pitch and runout inspection
- Measurement of crowned gears
- Evaluation of profile and flank modifications using K-diagram
- Numerical measurement of addendum and dedendum taper
- Calculation of Wildhaber dimension, tooth thickness, measurement over two balls or one ball, or measurement over rollers
- Inspection of all teeth
- Topographical representation of flank geometry based on profile and flank measurement
- Output of measurement reports in PDF format
