The following works are carried out in our facility:
- Complete disassembly of the press, cleaning and technical inspection
- Removal of shaft, crack testing, replacement of seals and V-belts
- New paint finish in light grey RAL 7035 / gentian blue RAL 5010
- BEKA lubrication unit + new lubrication lines
- New front cover
- New control cabinet with ABB safety control and touch display
Operation via touchscreen mounted on the front of the control cabinet.
Positioning of the control cabinet (cable length) to be arranged with the end customer; standard is 0.8–1.0 m next to the machine, including new wiring of the press
- Foot switch
- Two-hand operation
- Current safety inspection (UVV) with brake time measurement

After modernization, the machine is certified for manual loading operations with open tools.
