JET Bicarplast

The Jet Bicarplast cabinet automatically cleans anilox rollers using sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃) without damaging the ceramic or chrome coatings. Cleaning a 2,500 mm long roller takes approximately 35 minutes, depending on the degree of contamination and rotation speed.

The abrasive material used during the process is extracted by the system, making it easy to remove and even disposable with household waste.
