Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique identification code 36225390, appointed as such through Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 handed down by the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in file no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction, with ascending price, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026, at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. premises in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. In case the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the asset, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at telephone no. 0763 478 619 and express their intent to participate before the set date.

During the course of the public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator may organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

In case of a successful bid, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the adjudicated asset. The conversion of the price into lei will be performed at the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that date.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction terms and conditions file required for participation will be drawn up by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to EUR 5,000 and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets over EUR 5,000. The file can be acquired from the office of the judicial liquidator, or by phone, and will be sent to the participant via email.
The participation guarantee will amount to 10% of the starting price. This, alongside the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the liquidator's office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the asset for which the participant is declared winning bidder and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In the case of equal bids, the winner will be the person who commits to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The payment term for the price will be 5 working days from the adjudication. Should the full remaining price not be paid, the bidder will forfeit the advance paid as guarantee and will not be able to participate in future auctions organized.
