Marwis Felgen Cleaner

Felgen Cleaner is a tank designed for removing paint coatings. It is mainly used in the renovation of rims, especially those with complex designs. Rim etching, i.e., cleaning with a chemical bath, is a process that removes all layers of paint from the rim surface.

This device holds approximately 800 liters of liquid and is equipped with a temperature and bath duration control system. Additionally, it features an oil jacket that ensures even temperature distribution inside the tank. This solution allows the use of chemicals from virtually any manufacturer, even at eighty degrees Celsius. It is fitted with a hoist: an integrated lifting and lowering mechanism for the load, enabling users to place rims inside the tank without any external devices, making it a fully autonomous workshop solution.

Felgen Cleaner is equipped with:

- Control panel
- Mixer
- Heating elements
- Drain valve
