The HYDRO WASH 1200 2-in-1 automatic basket washer is a multifunctional device that enables fully automatic cleaning of parts in a motor-driven rotary basket or, for parts with more complex geometries, high-pressure cleaning at 140 bar. Thanks to this combination of processes, it is safe to say that the unit will find application in any workshop. It is ideally suited for companies specializing in turbocharger, steering gear, as well as gearbox refurbishment, significantly improving workflow. To ensure operator safety and stable washing parameters, an electronic control panel and a range of cooperating sensors are utilized.

Operating principle:

Before initial use, fill the tank with a cleaning liquid. The recommended solution is a mix of MRS Cleaner Strong concentrate and water in the specified ratio. The Hydro Wash washer allows for both manual and automatic cleaning modes.

a) To start automatic washing, prepare the device (fill with water and concentrate), close the metal glove guard, close the washer lid by pressing and holding both buttons (front and rear of the device simultaneously), then press the start button.

*Basket rotation is possible with the lid open by pressing the right button on the foot pedal or by simultaneously pressing both (front and rear) device buttons. This is only possible if the metal glove guard is closed.

b) To start manual washing, close the washer lid by pressing and holding both buttons (front and rear of the device). Open the metal glove guard and press the left button on the foot pedal.
