Mazak Quick Turn Smart 300 M

The MAZAK Quick Turn Smart 300M is a modern CNC turning center with driven tools, specifically designed for precise and economical turning and milling operations. Its robust construction, high performance, and compact design make this machine ideally suited for use in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, and general contract manufacturing.

Built in 2014, the machine is equipped with the user-friendly MAZATROL Smart CNC control, which enables straightforward conversational programming as well as ISO programming, ensuring highly efficient production workflows.

Key Technical Data:

The maximum turning diameter is approximately 380 mm, and the maximum swing diameter is around 660 mm. The maximum machining length amounts to 1,250 mm, allowing for the processing of longer workpieces.

The travel paths are 225 mm on the X-axis and 1,250 mm on the Z-axis.

The machine features a 12-station turret, with all positions driven. This enables not only conventional turning but also efficient milling, drilling, and threading operations.

The main spindle reaches speeds up to 4,000 rpm, while the driven tools can achieve up to 4,500 rpm. The spindle bore is approx. 80 mm, enabling the machining of larger bar stock diameters.

A CNC-controlled tailstock ensures additional stability when processing long workpieces.
