1st hand – German volunteer fire brigade vehicle.

Direct from the station, decommissioned as of 26.08.2025. Up until then, always registered with the original vehicle registration document and even the 1989 registration certificate.

Only 21,000 total kilometers driven.

TÜV valid until 02/2026.

Very solid Bremer Transporter T1, mid-length version with factory steel high-roof.

Body condition in detail: Only 2 rust spots (rear right wheel arch and left side panel). Otherwise nothing, not even in the "typical Bremer rust areas" – those are all "clean" on this example and have never been reworked. Only the front right wheel arch has been repaired. Normal signs of use are present. The underbody is in good condition. All in all, a truly good vehicle for its 36 years.

The vehicle was explicitly sold to us by the original owner (a municipality) as "accident-free."

Otherwise, absolute basic version. No seatbelts. No power steering. No ABS. Pure 1980s. Back then, you could still get durable, reliable vehicles. Here, there’s little that can go wrong.

Engine: OM 601, 4-cylinder normally aspirated diesel, 79 HP.

A large mechanical step extends when the sliding door is opened.

The vehicle was used by the fire brigade as an equipment van (GW) and features several shelf installations, which can be easily removed if not needed.

Unladen weight: 2320 kg (including all installations).

Permissible gross weight –original from factory, unchanged since 1989 – exactly 3500 kg. This means the 308 D-KA can be driven with a regular car driver’s license (category B).

Special signal system has been dismantled and is no longer present.

The vehicle runs very well; the transfer drive on the motorway was a real pleasure.

The purchase price is the final price, gross=net. Margin scheme pursuant to §25a German VAT law (UStG) as a government vehicle. Therefore, 19% VAT is not added. At the same time, VAT cannot be shown separately on the invoice from the purchase price.
