With NC-controlled vertical feed

- High-quality spindle with precision tapered roller bearings (run-out accuracy 2 µm)
- Electromagnetic chuck for workpiece clamping including automatic demagnetization function

- Hand-scraped and Turcite-B-coated V-flat guides ensure extremely smooth, low-friction movement
- Halogen working lamp, dustproof, fully touch-protected, and protected against water jets according to IP65

Automatic Feed Control AD 5

Various grinding cycles are available: surface grinding with infeed at the start point, slot grinding with infeed at the start point, slot grinding with infeed at both the start and end points. The infeed of the grinding wheel can be individually set depending on the workpiece. The total grinding allowance is divided into rough and fine infeed; the infeed steps can be programmed with a minimum resolution of up to 0.001mm as required. The ability to program idle strokes after a certain number of infeed steps, as well as spark-out passes after reaching the grinding dimension, ensures optimum grinding results.
